We had various tasks in this role. Among our most important responsibilities were ensuring the protection and proper maintenance of server hardware in the hospital’s server room, managing, monitoring, and ensuring the security of data in three server databases and the HIS server (Hospital information system server).
Furthermore, one of our main responsibilities was troubleshooting software and hardware issues for hospital staff to provide satisfactory service to hospital visitors. In addition to that, we were always striving to expand the hospital’s computer network, primarily consisting of LAN and wireless networks.

• Over the course of 5 years, by adhering to principles, we did not experience even a minute of downtime in the hospital’s network and server infrastructure.

• We launched a COVID-19 test result system via SMS and email for COVID-19 patients, for the first time in Qazvin province, Iran.
• We expanded wireless networks between healthcare centers and administrative units over long distances, such as 40 kilometers, using MikroTik wireless antennas.

This company provided services such as web hosting, domain registration, and virtual server hosting. My main responsibility was to support all subscribers, from hosting to virtual servers.
